Hello, my name is Isabelle
What makes me unique is the variety of professional experiences and hats I've combined while working for over 20 years with people at the heart of organisations. I'm both a coach AND a consultant, change manager, facilitator, trainer and expert in neurodiversity. I'm lucky enough to combine an academic background with a wealth of experience in the world of public and private companies and associations. I am also the mother of 2 children.
The uniqueness of my approach
- My background in business and research has taught me to combine the pragmatism, codes and language of the business world with scientific rigor and professional ethics.
- My experience as a consultant and my atypical career path in multiple sectors, from metallurgy to mental health, via finance, have boosted my adaptability. I understand the reality that you and your teams face in different professional sectors and the reality of my coaching clients.
- This adaptability enables me to address different target audiences effectively: from technicians in the field to members of management committees.
- All with a dose of pedagogy, drawn from my experience as a trainer.
- I’m always looking for a balance between achieving results and focusing on human relations when working with teams./li>

- Creativity and innovation.

My Story and Professional Background
I have the privilege of combining an academic background with extensive experience in public organizations, non-profits, and private companies for over 20 years. My career across various organizations of all sizes (academic, non-profit, public, and corporate) has allowed me to engage with diverse audiences at different hierarchical levels. This has honed my adaptability and helped me find my place in coaching.
My personal journey has sparked my interest in inclusive management and led me to develop tools for supporting individuals with atypical profiles.
I ventured into entrepreneurship by launching Let’s Change to support individual transformations as a coach, drive change within organizations, and promote the inclusion of atypical profiles in the workplace.
